Once within the community gate, you access the private gate to your staycation home. This house sits on over an acre and has activities that may make you want to never leave. You can practice your golf on the 7-hole mini course. Chip over the driveway, practice your putting and find the best technique to get you out of the sand trap. After practicing, you are only ¼ mile away from the East Course Golf Course so make your reservation and “drive” away. Something a little more vigorous? Grab the tennis bag and work up a good sweat with single or doubles on the tennis court! Too much? Try the graduated walking course – a steady walk or brisk job will fill the need for exercise. Ready to cool off? Jump into the infinity pool and relax. The infinity pool has an unobstructed view to the beach and is a phenomenal place to sip your favorite beverage and watch the sunset. Ready to hit the beach? Just 1.8 miles takes you to Makaha Beach the home of the long board surfing championships. Dolphin watch, whale watch (when in season) and deep-sea fishing is available at the Waianae Harbor. Conveniently located 20 minutes away in Kapolei, the second city, provides everything from shopping at Safeway, movies at Cinema 16 to Starbucks. Many restaurants from fast food to sit down await your dining pleasure. Assagio’s is a favorite. KoOlina Resort and Marina are about 20 minutes away as well. The Marine is another location to schedule snorkeling and scuba diving tours for whale and spinner dolphin viewing or charter a boat or reserve a seat for deep-sea fishing. This is also the location of the best luau on the island at Paradise Cove. Fine dining is offered within the resort with restaurants like Roy’s, J.W. Marriott, Aulani and Chuck’s Steak House. Another 10 minutes takes you to the Outlet Shopping Mall at Waikele where people are bused 45 minutes from hotels in Waikiki to shop the brand name shops. Branching out on the island you can enjoy Haunama Bay, Hawaii’s only Nature Fish Preserve or hike a rainforest trail to a historic outlook. Turning in for the evening you have the Eastern King in the master suite with two reclining chairs and flat screen TV. Have a glass of wine at the table for two just outside your master suite doors overlooking the pool before turning in. The master suite has a door, which can be closed for privacy and includes your master bath. A long soak in the claw foot tub overlooking the valley is a wonderful way to recline after a day of luxury. Your family or guests have a choice of an Eastern King or Queen with bath. The kitchen is custom designed and is upscale enough for a chef and comfortable enough for the every day gourmet. Natural imported woods and stone compliment mother nature. Take the private palm tree lined lane to the guard shack at the entrance of the Mauna ‘Olu Estates where our meet and greet staff will accompany you to the gate of your private estate. Follow the meandering 300’ long palm tree lighted driveway to the entry, which takes you into the courtyard where the infinity pool awaits.
