Where your back yard ends the Pacific Ocean begins, with this spacious two-story villa with 5 bedrooms and alcove. This home sleeps up to 12. One King bed, 4 Queens, and 2 twin beds.Access to your home is through a gated entrance with adequate parking for up to 11 vehicles.

During the day the unobstructed 180° views from your tropically landscaped yard offers views of turtles feeding and whales migrating (in the winter months). This house is a mini resort, with 2376 sq ft inside and a 1100 sq ft covered Lanai with lighted serenity fountain and dining for up to 8, and lounging for 10. As the sun sets, enjoy an evening beverage at the outdoor bar, that has spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and amazing sunsets.

After the sun sets, the ambient landscape lighting accents the warm tropical evening and palm trees sway in the breeze. Fire up the outdoor BBQ and enjoy dinner on the Lanai. Stargazing is available every night, view the milky way, Venus, and other stellar planets.
